- Refund Policy for all Tuitions (Group or 1-on-1) The user is requested to read the terms and conditions carefully before taking admissions for any tuition. Once admission is taken, the user cannot cancel the admission. Upon paying the required fees, the tuition will get finalised, and there cannot be changes or modifications to the same – neither will there be any refund. In certain exceptional cases, FriendsCampus holds the right to accept or reject a refund request. However, understanding that sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances, a user might want to request a refund for the said admission, in such cases, we urge you to reach out to FriendsCampus’s refund department at refunds@friendscampus.com.
- Refund Policy for Classroom Coaching For Classroom Coaching, if the students have attended the class for more than 15 lectures then we don’t provide refunds in such cases; however, if you still want to apply for a refund we urge you to reach out to FriendsCampus refund department at redunds@friendscampus.com. FriendsCampus holds the right to accept or reject a refund request.
- Refund Policy for fees paid directly to FC Tutor Partner or FC Institute Partner The user is requested to pay the fees to FriendsCampus through FriendsCampus’s specified payment methods. In case of payment directly to the tutor partner or Institute partner, it’s requested to the user to check the fees update on Parent App and attach the screenshot of the same in the refund request email to be sent to refunds@friendscampus.com. FriendsCampus holds the right to accept or reject a refund request.
